We collect the details you choose to send us: email address, update preferences, preferred area, booking inquiry details, and—for the ServSafe trainer—an email address and saved study progress if you create an account.

How we use it
Update preferences are used to send cart, event, booking, or soft-launch news. Booking details are used to respond to the inquiry. ServSafe account details are used to sign you in and save progress. We do not use a ServSafe account email for Madru marketing unless you separately opt in.
Where it lives
Email updates are managed through Klaviyo. Booking inquiries and ServSafe progress may be stored in our hosted database. Service emails may be delivered through Resend. We use Vercel Analytics to understand general site activity.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You can ask what information we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@madrugada.cafe.
