Coffee
What we pull.
Espresso-forward at launch. The first coffee gets named when it is locked — roaster, origin, and process. Rotating signatures, matcha, and hojicha sit beside it. Kava is planned for Month 3.
The equipment is the standard, not decoration.

Nelson Diaz
Grew up in the Dominican Republic. Came through New York. Settled in Miramar in 2016. A café con leche every morning since the 5th grade became an obsession with espresso craft, which became the question of why Miramar doesn't have this, which became Madru.

Kevin Tamayo
Born and raised in Miramar. Years of going out sharpened his eye for what makes a space work — the atmosphere, the crowd, and why people come back.
